Will my school loan affect my tax refund?

I am curently in my grace period for my school loan, ends in march. If I influence to go back to school before March, will it affect my tax refund. And also if I start making payments my april does it affect my tax refund also. And whenwill a student loan affect someone’s tax refund? after grace period, in forbearance or when it goes in default.
