As soon as you get your last paycheck,but you really should wait until you get your W-2 before you file.
If you e-file and use direct deposit,you will get your money quicker and save a lot in fees and interest.
The interest on a refund anticipation loan amounts to an APR of 1,000% or more for a small term loan.
Even the IRS says to stay away from them unless you are expecting a huge refund because the interest and fees consume so much of the refund,that you could end up owing more than your refund.

Generally not until end of Nov or Dec. These have a high interest rate, so be sure you understand WHAT you are agreeing to.
