Every diet is dangerous if we do not know our own limitations. If we do not do our diet right, it could lead into bad things. The Detox Diet, when improperly done would lead your body to not having the nutrition it needs. You should just do the diet to let your body use up the stored fat. Once it does that, you are done. You should not starve yourself for long periods of time because it would just be detrimental to your health. If done properly, the Detox Diet would help you lose some weight. It would also clear your body of the toxins which may be stored in your fat cells.
