Mtge and Title reps. please….. Do you work for a Mtge co that still offers No Income and No Asset loans ?
Do you work for a mtge co that offers NO INCOME , NO ASSET loans ? I have an 805 FICO score…….
Or do you have NO INCOME ….but yes verify ASSET loans ? …..

I know that that there are lenders that will provide these types of loans, but you’re going to have a HUGE interest rate and you will be expected to pay up-front fees in cash.
Try using a program called C-Loans, just go through the steps of filling out the submission form and see all the companies that come up. then give them a call.
I know that C-Loans is primarily for Commercial lending needs, but, most commercial lenders are still doing home mortgages, give just try it and see what you get.
