I recently opened a business account with us bank and they auto signed me up for these services, is it illegal to do this without my consent? if it is what should i do about this?

Check the paperwork you signed to start the account, I’m sure that it is covered in that paperwork. They can also legally pre-screen you unless you fill out the stuff for OPT-OUT
Do they use your social sec number as well? or just the Company Tax ID in order to approve the credit line for your business??
Won’t happen without your personal guarantee (which is what you mean by SSN vs EIN – what number they use is just for tax purposes, who is responsible is the legally vital bit). In additional words, a personal loan which you then provide to the business may be as excellent or better – equate the terms.
